Ms. Mineer has worked in the legal field since 1999 first as a paralegal and then as an attorney beginning in 2004. Her background includes work in estate planning, insurance fraud, patents & trademarks, contracts, and corporate law. She founded the Legal Center for Small Businesses and Entrepreneurs in San Diego, CA in 2005 focusing primarily on helping start up businesses. She supported these businesses by helping with formation, contracts, licensing, trademarks and other matters as needed. Her work at Mayer & Williams primarily concerns trademarks, contracts and business formations.
